Sorbet Sapphire offers a 14-day review period from the time your order arrives for you to carefully inspect your sapphire. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or the client that the stone was intended for has changed their mind, you can return it for a full refund.
If you require a longer period to review your sapphire, special arrangements can be made on a case by case basis. However, these arrangements must be made before your sapphire is shipped. In order to arrange this, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Loose sapphires will not be accepted for a refund if they have been set, damaged in any way (scratched, chipped or fractured) weigh directly or has been altered in any way.
To return an item, please contact Sorbet Sapphire directly to make arrangements for shipping, transit insurance, and to ensure that all appropriate paperwork is completed for the return. Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you will be given special instructions on how to send in a return.
Returned items must be in the same condition as they were upon delivery to you. No damaged or set items will be accepted for returns.
A refund will be issued after we receive your return. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. The actual refund will be credited back through the payment process you used to purchase the item (IE: If you paid via credit card, the charge will be credited back to your credit card only).
For all returned items, please ensure the item is packaged up securely and to avoid theft, please do not write any wording on the package about its contents.
We most certainly do. Should you not be completely satisfied with your sapphire, we will gladly allow you the opportunity to exchange your sapphire for another one of our spectacular sapphires. Should you choose a less expensive sapphire, we will apply a credit to your account for the difference which will be available to you in the future (without any restrictions).
We ship worldwide and partner with trusted shipping vendors such as FedEx or USPS in order to serve our customers on a global level.
All client details, including shipping addresses, must match the authorization information of the credit card used. If you would like your shipment sent to a non-confirmed address, you can arrange to add an "alternative confirmed address" with your credit card company.
All deliveries are sent to street addresses only. PO Boxes are not accepted as shipping destinations.
All customers must sign for their packages upon delivery and are responsible for all items after they have signed for the package.
We accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), electronic transfer, wire transfers, and certified cheques as forms of payment.
All orders must be paid 100% in full before it is shipped out.
All shipping and custom fees, applicable taxes, and international charges are the responsibility of the customer to cover as part of their purchase.
We offer a 30-day product warranty period for any items that you receive that have manufacturing defects or other issues right upon arrival to you. If you have received an item that has defects, please contact us directly.
Our warranty does not cover repairs or alterations made by a third party (another jeweler).
We offer a three-prong product certification approach, where each customer receives a Sorbet Sapphire stone grading report, as well as appraisal reports from reputable gemmological laboratory partners such as Harold Weinstein Ltd. and Accurate Gemological Laboratories Inc.
